Before starting an OS session you should find your heart rate on the watch and then connect the watch to your phone via Bluetooth. When theyre connected you can start the session.
After finishing your session you can validate the orgasm clicking "yes" or "no". The OS will calculate your results: intensity of orgasm, your orgasm element and the graph of your session.
You can also share your OS graph on social networks, challenge your friends, make a match and have competitions.
